Returns
- All returns must acquire a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) before returning.
- All returns must be made within 30 days
- No returns on Diagnostic Equipment and Software.
- All tool returns must be in new unused/damaged condition. Subject to inspectiom
- Defective items must be used in accordance with proper procedure. Abuse voids Replacement/Warranty
- Apex Tool Company maintains the right to reject any returned item at our degression.
- Any tool rejected for return will be returned to customer freight collect.
